Join Kevin Green for an insightful primer on the basics of design as it relates to both print and HTML. Here you will learn both the theory and practical application of file types [EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF, EPS], color space [RGB, CMYK, PMS], and image resolution [file quality and usability]. This seminar will provide a working knowledge of design and demonstrate how to best work with designers and prepare files for print or HTML.

Design for Print Versus HTML – an overview of the different forms of media communication
File Types – which types of files work best in each medium, why and how to prepare them
RGB versus CMYK and Spot Color – understanding color space, color theory and the use of color in design
Resolution and Quality – the differences between high resolution versus high quality and when to use them
