For twenty-six years, Bob worked in the AT&T sales organization, where he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Customer Service. In that role, he managed over 7,000 sales and service people nationwide. Because of his success, he was asked to design the sales training program that is still in use today at AT&T. Most recently, Bob was President and CEO of TIC Enterprises, LLC, a mid-sized sales outsourcing company, employing over 1000 sales professionals.
Bob’s mission is to give back all the knowledge he has acquired over the years to the profession he loves: sales and sales management.
