Mike has been in the graphic arts machinery business since joining Innovative Equipment Ltd. (IEL) in 1979.

After graduating from the University of Southern California with business and engineering backgrounds, Mike joined IEL. He become Sales Manager in 1990 and CEO in 1995, and has continued to develop the forms machinery business while also expanding other business markets of plastic card manufacturing machinery.

His experience with RFID dates back to May 1995 when IEL began distributing machinery for the manufacture of contactless smart cards. This led to machinery for smart label production in 2000. Since May, 2000, the company has been involved with RFID label production equipment and methodology.
