Rick Gerhard started in direct sales for a major forms company. He has also been an independent forms distributor and sales manager for an independent forms manufacturer.
As President of Independent Training & Education, Rick works for various organizations as a consultant in management information and quality assurance systems. An instructor for PSDA (formerly DMIA) since 1981, he is recognized internationally as an educator and trainer. He specializes in the sales process. Rick has also served as CFC Accreditation Board Chairman and recertified in 1998. In 1984 Rick was honored as DMIA Member of the Year.
Dave Badilla, CFC, People Development Director for Appleton Papers, combines 32 years of experience as a forms manufacturer, sales representative, market manager, corporate trainer, and former instructor at DMIA's School for Forms Specialists.
He was born in Santa Monica, Calif. and currently resides with his wife Natalie and sons Nick and Alex in Appleton, Wis.
